In the event a dispute arises between you and SheerID, at the request of either you or SheerID, all claims will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Such arbitration will be conducted in Portland, Oregon and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
