Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, you and the Company agree that these arbitration terms evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce and that the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. (“FAA”), will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these arbitration terms and proceedings pursuant thereto.
