Governing law <p>Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be held in English and conducted in a mutually agreed-upon location or online by a single arbitrator appointed by the AAA.<br> <br>Most disputes can be resolved without resorting to arbitration.
