To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law and in the interest of resolving disputes between you and the Company in an expedient and cost-effective manner, you and the Company agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be settled by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, except as modified in this Agreement.
