Arbitration</strong> <br> <p>The parties agree that any dispute with respect to any matter covered under this TOS, including any disputed claim for indemnification, will be submitted to mandatory, final and binding arbitration before with the San Francisco, California branch of JAMS ("JAMS"), governed by JAMS' Commercial Rules of Arbitration applicable at the time of the commencement of the arbitration (the "JAMS Rules") and heard before one arbitrator.
