In the event that the AAA is unable or unwilling to initiate arbitration within fourteen (14) days of receiving a demand for arbitration, arbitration may be conducted by JAMS, Inc. (in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules &amp. Procedures) or by any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service.
