nbsp;The parties will attempt to settle any dispute or claim by either of them relating to this Agreement by good-faith consultation. If such consultation yields no satisfactory resolution of the dispute or claim, then either party may submit it to arbitration in accordance with the Small Claims Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“<strong>AAA</strong>“) then in effect (the “<strong>Rules</strong>“).
