If a party elects to commence arbitration, the arbitration shall be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“<strong>AAA</strong>”) that are in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated (the “<strong>AAA Rules</strong>”), available at https://www.adr.org/Rules or by calling 1-800-778-7879, and under the rules set forth in these Terms, except that AAA may not administer any multiple claimant or class arbitration, as the parties agree that the arbitration shall be limited to the resolution only of individual claims.
