You and ConsumerAffairs agree to arbitrate all disputes between you and ConsumerAffairs, except for disputes relating to the enforcement of ConsumerAffairs’ intellectual property. Any disputes between you and ConsumerAffairs relating to the Terms of Use, the Services and/or the Web sites must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration pursuant to JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (including Interim Measures), or in small claims court in County of Douglas, Nevada.
