If the parties cannot agree on an alternative arbitration provider, the parties shall mutually petition a court of appropriate jurisdiction to appoint an arbitration provider that will administer an arbitration consistent with this arbitration agreement as written.&nbsp. If after sixty (60) days the Pre-Arbitration Claim Resolution process set forth above is unsuccessful in resolving the parties’ Dispute, a party who desires to initiate arbitration must provide the other party with a written demand for arbitration consistent with the AAA Rules.
