If any disputes arise, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally via good faith negotiation. If the dispute has not been resolved after 30 days, the parties will resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding any claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by JAMS, its successors and assigns, in San Mateo County, California, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, and pursuant to its arbitration rules.
