At the Company's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any dispute arising from the use of this agreement or the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning its interpretation, violation, invalidity, nonperformance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Canadian Arbitration Rules of ICDR Canada applying Quebec provincial and Canadian federal law.
