If you initiate an arbitration in which you seek more than $75,000 (exclusive of any filing, administration, arbitrator, or attorneys' fees or other fees or expenses) in damages, the American Arbitration Association's ("<b>AAA</b>") Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (collectively, the "<b>AAA Rules</b>") will govern the payment of these fees.
