If we aren’t able to solve the problem informally, we both agree that we will resolve any claims arising from these Terms or our service by final and binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. </p> <p>
