Except in instances where Jukin Media deems it necessary to seek injunctive or other equitable relief (and as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Service), the parties hereby agree to submit any disputes or controversies between them to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
