Any disputes, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or a party’s performance or breach thereof, including regarding the scope of this Section, shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect, with the final hearing to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, except that you may assert claims in small claims court in Nashville, Tennessee if your claims qualify.
