Binding Arbitration and Rules: </b> You and FreeWill agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or FreeWill’s Site, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Consumer Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
