The Parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of use amicably, by mutual agreement. Any dispute, controversy or claim will be finally settled by arbitration at the Arbitration court of the Lithuanian chamber of commerce and industry in Lithuania according to its Rules of arbitration.
