If a dispute arises from or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussions between you and RamNode, the parties agree that any such dispute shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) before a single arbitrator in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
