In the event of any dispute arising under or related to the Site, Services, terms and conditions of the Agreement, the breach of same by any party hereto, or the arbitrability of any claim (including any questions about the scope, applicability, interpretation, validity, or enforceability of this section or the Agreement): (a) the parties agree to exclusively submit their dispute for resolution by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
