Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, including the formation, interpretation, breach or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules.
