If we do not reach an agreement to resolve the claim within thirty (30) days after the notice is received, you or Sponsor may commence an arbitration proceeding. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“<u>AAA</u>”) under its rules, as modified by this Agreement, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes.
