("JAMS"), pursuant to JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures ("JAMS Streamlined Rules"), as modified by these Terms, and consistent with the JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness ("JAMS Consumer Fairness Standards").
