and we may choose to informally resolve a Dispute before formally submitting it to arbitration, You agree that if it will be impossible to informally resolve a Dispute, including a Dispute regarding the validity and applicability of this Arbitration Agreement and class action waiver, the Dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) telephonically or in a location convenient to you. Without limiting the foregoing, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO SUBMIT TO ARBITRATION ALL DISPUTES RELATING TO ANY TELEPHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES
