Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, any and all controversies and disputes arising out of or related to use of the Site, the Service, these TOS, the Privacy Policy, and/or their interpretation shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
