Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s (“<strong>AAA</strong>”) rules and procedures, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (collectively, the “<strong>AAA Rules</strong>”), as modified by this Arbitration Agreement.
