Commu will always seek to resolve any dispute regarding the Terms of Use or the Service through negotiation. In the event that a negotiated resolution of the subject matter of the dispute cannot be reached, any dispute between Users and Commu arising out of these Terms of Use shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Committee of the Central Chamber of Commerce, composed of one arbitrator.
