All disputes arising under or related to this Agreement or the Services provided shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in proceedings conducted in the English language in New York, New York and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
