Disputes and Arbitration</strong> <p> <strong>20.1</strong> These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.</p> <p> <strong>20.2</strong> Any dispute, controversy, proceeding, or claim arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms, shall be resolved by binding confidential arbitration by JAMS pursuant to its Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures then in effect for JAMS, except as provided herein.</p> <p> <strong>20.3</strong> The arbitration will be conducted in New York County, New York, unless You and Teachable agree otherwise.
