Except for certain requests for injunctive relief as described below, each of you and Filestack agree that any dispute related to the Services, an Order or these Services Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas. The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
