Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, or your access to or use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and conducted before a single arbitrator pursuant to the applicable Rules and Procedures established by the AAA.
