Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, any and all controversies and disputes arising in connection with use of the Site, the Gold Alliance Sites, this Agreement (including the interpretation of the Terms &amp. Conditions or the Privacy Policy) shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  The place of arbitration shall be Los Angeles, California. &nbsp.
