If we were not able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree by these enforceable Terms, to resolve any claim, and unless otherwise required by a mandatory law dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding and exclusively arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (<b>“AAA”</b>).
