Subject to applicable laws, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms and Conditions, or any alleged breach hereof, shall be settled at the request of either party by binding arbitration in the city in which you reside pursuant to the current laws relating to commercial arbitration in the province or territory in which you reside. One arbitrator specializing in the resolution of commercial disputes shall hear the arbitration and determine a final and binding resolution of the dispute.
