INJUNCTIVE RELIEF</b> <br> <br> Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS.
