All disputes, whether based on circumstances in the past or future, which cannot be resolved as provided above which arise out of or relate to these Terms (including but not limited to this “Dispute Resolution” Section) shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify and Zenfolio may pursue a collection action against you in court.
