Any arbitration between you and the Covered Parties will be governed by the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), or if the AAA determines that you are not a consumer, the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Arbitration Provision or any other instructions that the parties may agree upon at the time (collectively, the "AAA Rules"), and will be administered by the AAA.
