The disputes arising out of or in connection with Your use of the AirDroid Premium Services will be resolved through friendly consultation between You and Us. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, such disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre（SIAC Rules） in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
