Where no resolution can be found, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim (collectively, “Claim”) relating in any way to your use of the Services will be settled by final and binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, using the English language, before a single arbitrator. Claims involving amounts greater than $250,000 will apply the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. and Claims involving amounts less than or equal to $250,000 will apply the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules then in effect (those rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this section, and as of the date of these Terms).
