<em>In the event that the dispute, controversy or claim has not been resolved within 30 days (or such period as agreed in writing between the parties) after the appointment of the conciliator by the parties, the dispute, controversy or claim shall be submitted to arbitration administered by the Centre conducted and held in accordance with the rules of the Institute of Arbitrators Australia for the conduct of commercial arbitrations.
