If a dispute arises under these Terms of Service, the parties agree to promptly notify each other of the dispute and work in good faith to attempt to resolve it. If they are unable to resolve the dispute, either party shall commence arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), New York Branch, under the Rules of Commercial Arbitration, before a panel of three arbitrators.
