Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), before a panel of [three arbitrators] selected by the parties (or, if not selected within thirty (30) days of a Request for Arbitration, appointed by the HKIAC pursuant to its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration).
