Use of the Services and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.</p> <p>15.10 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy or difference of opinion arising out of or in connection with the Agreement which cannot be settled amicably by parties to the Agreement, including any question as to the validity, existence or termination of these Terms of Use and/or this Clause 14.10, shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by the President of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (the “SIAC”) pursuant to the rules of the SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this provision.
