If Customer is domiciled in a country for which arbitration is designated in Section 11.1 (General) above as the exclusive forum for dispute resolution, then any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the scope or applicability of this arbitration clause, will be determined by confidential and binding arbitration in Newark, New Jersey, United States, before a single arbitrator.
