Except as provided in the next paragraph with respect to requests for injunctive relief relating to a breach of your license rights or our intellectual property rights, any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. Such arbitration shall take place in New York City, New York, and shall be administered by a single arbitrator pursuant to the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
