'As far as natural persons are concerned, the Service is only intended for those who have full active legal capacity. Such capacity is usually attained by becoming of legal age (the age of majority), which commonly occurs at the age of 18. Individuals whose active legal capacity is restricted are also restricted from being Users and must not perform any of the acts mentioned in the definition of "User".' - section 3.1
