As per the "Terms of Use", user is not involved in the critical changes to their terms. Also, the users are not even informed of these changes and the service expects the users to review the terms even though they would not informed if there has been a change at all. Below quoted text from their ToU states the same: "We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions."
