The Terms of Use state "You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, VIZ Media, it affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the Sites from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site, or (b) any violation of these Terms of Use by you."
