You shall DEFEND, indemnify and hold Bits&Coffee harmless from any claim, damage, loss, cost, fee, or other liability borne by Bits&Coffee in relation to or arising out of: (i) Your non- compliance with this EULA, (ii) Your use of the Licensed Applications and/or the Services (including the content and information that You publish or display), (iii) Your violation of any applicable law, and (iv) Your violation of the rights of any third party.
