Repeat Infringer Policy <p>In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("<strong> <em>DMCA</em> </strong>") and other applicable law, Synology has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Synology's sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
